Rollcap — Terms of Service

Last updated: October 5, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of rollcap.io, the Rollcap terminal, casino pages, rankings, feeds, reports, APIs and anything else we offer under the Rollcap name (together, the "Service").

The Service is operated by the Rollcap team from the Republic of Cyprus ("Rollcap", "we", "us"). You can reach us at [email protected].

By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service for a company, you confirm you are allowed to accept these Terms for it, and "you" means both you and that company.

1. What Rollcap is

Rollcap is a blockchain analytics service for the crypto gambling industry. We read public blockchain data, link wallet addresses to casino operators, and turn that into rankings, metrics, feeds and reports: deposit volumes, wallet balances, player flows between casinos, VIP activity and similar.

Rollcap is not a casino, sportsbook, exchange, wallet, payment processor or broker. We do not take bets, hold anyone's funds, process deposits or withdrawals, or open casino accounts. We do not run gambling and do not invite anyone to gamble.

A casino appearing on Rollcap, its rank, a link to its site or any label we attach is not an endorsement, a rating of its safety or fairness, or a statement that it is licensed or legal anywhere. Some casino pages may be paid placements or sponsored content; when that happens, we mark it clearly.

2. Who can use Rollcap

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and able to enter into a binding contract.

You may not use the Service if you are on a sanctions list of the EU, the UN, the UK or the US, or if you are acting for someone who is. You also may not use it where using it would be against the law. Gambling and crypto rules differ by country; you are responsible for knowing the rules that apply to you.

Some features need an account. Keep your login details safe and tell us straight away at [email protected] if you think someone else got into your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

3. How our data works

The numbers on Rollcap are our estimates built from public blockchain data, third-party data providers and our own research. Please read them that way.

  • Wallet attribution is our judgment. We link addresses to casinos using transaction patterns, public information and other signals. An attribution can be wrong, incomplete or out of date.
  • Coverage is limited. We track a set list of blockchains, tokens and operators. Activity on chains we do not cover, internal transfers, custodial and exchange flows and fiat payments are not visible to us.
  • Deposits are not revenue. Deposit volume shows money going into casino wallets. It is not gross gaming revenue, profit or player losses.
  • Wallet balances are not proof of reserves. A balance we show is what we can see in the addresses we know about at that moment. It says nothing certain about a casino's total funds, debts or ability to pay players.
  • Data can be late or change. Figures can be delayed, revised or recalculated when we add sources, fix errors or improve our methods. Historical numbers may change without notice.

We publish notes on our methodology inside the product. We try hard to get things right, but we do not promise that any number, label, ranking or report is accurate, complete or current.

4. Not advice

Everything on Rollcap is information and market research. It is not investment, financial, legal, tax, compliance or gambling advice, and it is not a recommendation to gamble, invest, trade, partner with or avoid any business.

If you make a decision based on Rollcap data — a partnership, a hire, a marketing spend, a compliance step — you make it at your own risk. Check what matters with your own sources and advisers.

5. For casino operators: corrections

If you run or represent a casino and think we got something wrong — a wallet that is not yours, a missing wallet, a wrong name or link — write to [email protected] from your company email. Tell us what is wrong and send what proves it, for example a signed message from the address or a public statement from your official channel.

We review every request and reply as soon as we reasonably can. We decide what to change based on evidence. We do not remove accurate data, change rankings or hide a casino because someone asks or pays us to. Paid services never buy different numbers.

When you send us information, you confirm you are allowed to act for that casino and that what you send is true.

6. Rules of use

You agree not to:

  • scrape, crawl or bulk download the Service, or copy large parts of our data, by bots or by hand, without our written permission;
  • resell, sublicense, mirror or republish our data or reports as your own product or database;
  • use our data to build or train a competing analytics product;
  • get around rate limits, access controls, paywalls or blocks, including with VPNs, proxies or multiple accounts;
  • probe, attack, overload or reverse engineer the Service;
  • use the Service to try to find out who a person behind a wallet is, to track, harass or expose individual players, or for any purpose that breaks privacy law;
  • use our data in a misleading way, for example cutting a chart so it says something it does not, or presenting our estimates as audited facts;
  • pretend to be Rollcap, someone from our team, or a casino you do not represent;
  • use the Service for money laundering, fraud, unlicensed gambling promotion or anything else illegal.

We may block access, limit features or close accounts if we believe you broke these rules.

7. Citing Rollcap

You are welcome to quote individual figures, rankings and screenshots from Rollcap in articles, posts, research and presentations, including commercial ones, as long as you:

  • name Rollcap as the source and link to rollcap.io where the format allows (for example "Data: Rollcap");
  • show the date the data refers to;
  • do not change the numbers or suggest we endorse you or your conclusions.

This permission covers reasonable quotes, not copying whole tables, datasets or reports. For anything bigger, or for API and data feed access, write to [email protected].

8. Paid services

The public terminal is free. Some services are paid: audience audits and other custom reports, subscriptions, API and data access ("Paid Services").

  • Order. Scope, price, delivery time and format are set in the offer, invoice or order form we send you. If that document says something different from these Terms, the order wins for that order.
  • Payment. Prices are in US dollars (USD) and do not include VAT or other taxes, which we add where the law requires. We accept payment by bank transfer or stablecoins (USDT, USDC). Work starts once payment is received unless we agree otherwise in writing.
  • Refunds. Because reports are custom work, payments are not refundable once work has started. If we cannot deliver what was agreed, we either fix it or refund the part not delivered. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and stop at the end of the paid period.
  • Use of reports. A report is for your company's internal use. You may share it with your staff, advisers and investors under confidentiality. You may not publish it or sell it on without our written consent.
  • Confidentiality. We keep your non-public information, and the fact that you ordered a report, confidential unless you agree otherwise. We may use anonymised, aggregated findings to improve the Service.

9. Our content and your feedback

The Service, our software, design, data compilations, rankings, methodology, texts, charts and the Rollcap name and logo belong to us or our licensors. Casino names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.

We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms. Nothing else is transferred to you.

If you send us ideas, corrections or feedback, we may use them freely without paying you.

10. Changes and availability

We can change, add or remove features, data sources, metrics, coverage and methodology at any time. We do not promise the Service will always be available or free of errors. For paid subscriptions, if we remove something important you paid for, we refund the unused part.

11. No warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we give no warranties of any kind, including about accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted access.

12. Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows:

  • we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost business or deals, lost data or damage to reputation;
  • we are not liable for decisions you or anyone else make based on our data;
  • our total liability to you for all claims is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and EUR 100.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. If you are a consumer, your mandatory rights under the law of your country are not affected.

13. Your responsibility

If a third party brings a claim against us because you broke these Terms or the law while using the Service, including by misusing our data, you will cover our reasonable losses and costs from that claim.

14. Ending use

You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, create legal risk for us, or if we stop the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive — such as data use limits, intellectual property, liability and governing law — keep applying after that.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will change the date at the top and, for important changes, tell registered users by email or in the product at least 14 days before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after that, the new Terms apply.

16. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Before going to court, please write to us and give us 30 days to try to settle the issue. Any dispute goes to the courts of the Republic of Cyprus, unless the law gives you, as a consumer, the right to sue in your own country.

17. Other terms

These Terms, the Privacy Policy and any order for Paid Services are the whole agreement between us about the Service. If a court finds one part invalid, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may transfer ours to a company we set up to run Rollcap, or as part of a sale or reorganisation of the business. Events outside our reasonable control excuse delays they cause.
